2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your Order within 7 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.

3. Return Criteria

For a successful return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The purchase was made within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods remain in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods: The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items manufactured to your specific requirements or clearly personalized.
  • Perishable goods or those past their expiry date.
  • Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene concerns if they have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are, post-delivery, irrevocably mixed with other items.

Goods not meeting these conditions may be denied a return.

Note: Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items are exempt from refunds unless explicitly required by local law.

4. Returning Goods

Return shipments are at your expense and risk. Please send returns to:

We cannot provide refunds for returned items lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Refunds will be processed upon the physical return of the Goods or verifiable proof of return receipt.

5. Gift Returns

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
